What you will do

• Facilitate and enrich SDR onboarding, ramp, and readiness programs.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to support IT and HR onboarding processes.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual content to support sales development teams.
• Provide coach-backs to SDRs to ensure an optimal ramping experience.
• Streamline and measure the success of enrichment offerings using feedback loops and data analysis.
• Manage intranet communications and content repository sites for sales programs.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
• Minimum one year of experience in sales development or two years in sales enablement.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
• Experience interpreting data to make informed recommendations.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
