Salary: $115,000–$135,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as the primary product subject matter expert for APIs across the ICS/BBD portfolio.
• Support client onboarding by providing technical guidance and facilitating integration planning.
• Troubleshoot integration challenges in collaboration with engineering and support teams.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to define API enhancements and roadmap priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve API documentation, usability, and developer tooling.
• Ensure all API implementations align with security, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in API integrations, solutions consulting, or technical product management.
• Strong working knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth, SSO, JSON, and XML.
• Ability to understand application architecture, data flows, and software development principles.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles supporting implementations or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholder needs.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Exposure to blockchain, digital assets, or distributed ledger technology.
