What you will do

• Define and drive technical program strategy for complex, multi-team initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, managing risks, dependencies, and integrated plans.
• Partner with engineering and product leaders to translate business objectives into technical requirements and system architectures.
• Establish standardized processes, tooling, and metrics for execution excellence.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers.
• Champion the use of data and AI/ML-enabled tools to optimize delivery workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in program management.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Extensive experience driving large-scale, cross-functional technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data flows.
• Proven track record in establishing governance and metrics for large technical portfolios.
