Location: Must be based in the U.S. and able to commute to a hirify.global Hub for in-person engagement.

Salary: $115,000 – $200,000 USD Annual

What you will do

• Lead solution design and architecture for one or more applications or services.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance for one to two Agile teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders to shape product vision and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with strategic technology standards.
• Evaluate and select technologies, balancing delivery timelines, cost, and business outcomes.
• Oversee programming, integration, and testing to ensure end-to-end quality and security.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of IT experience or 9+ years of professional development experience.
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience using Java/JEE and Spring.
• 5+ years of experience in application architecture and design.
• Proven experience with microservices, APIs, and modern UI frameworks.
• Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD environments like Jenkins.
• Expertise in mobile solution architecture and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Working knowledge of API gateways and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications.
• Experience with dependency management tools like Maven or Gradle.
