What you will do

• Execute timely and accurate monthly closes, including journal entries, fluxes, and account reconciliations.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) operations, including invoicing, collections, and cash management.
• Develop and implement process improvements to strengthen accounting controls and consistency as the team scales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, and Engineering to ensure accounting considerations are reflected in business decisions.
• Prepare supporting schedules and documentation for external audits and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of accounting experience with strong technical fundamentals.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and the full monthly close cycle.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• CPA or CPA candidate.
• Experience with Netsuite.
