What you will do

  • Lead finance support for GTM departments including planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling.
  • Own P&L process and analysis for GTM functions, managing resource allocation and operating expenses.
  • Drive coordinated headcount and resource planning aligned with growth targets.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
  • Partner on commission analysis, accrual, and payout reconciliation.
  • Mentor a senior analyst and support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and analysis.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States, specifically Utah.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Eight or more years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, GTM Finance, or Revenue Operations in high-growth SaaS.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, GAAP, ERP systems (NetSuite), and financial planning software (Adaptive Planning).
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
