What you will do

• Engage directly with gym and fitness partners to grow the regional book of business.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas for new fitness locations added to the network.
• Prioritize in-person outreach through gym visits, site inspections, and networking events.
• Articulate the commercial value proposition of ClassPass to gym owners and decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce for reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven pitch decks tailored to fitness audiences.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness or leisure industry.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Must be based in Paris, France, with ability to travel across the region.
• Proven track record of consistent over-performance on sales quotas.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
• Established relationships within the French gym and fitness community are highly desirable.
