What you will do
- Engage directly with gym owners and fitness decision-makers to grow the regional partner network.
- Prioritize in-person outreach through gym visits, site inspections, and fitness networking events.
- Articulate the commercial value proposition to position the platform as a strategic revenue channel.
- Consistently hit or exceed monthly quotas for new fitness locations added to the network.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Prepare and deliver data-driven pitch decks for executive-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales experience, ideally within the fitness, gym software, or leisure industry.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Must be based in Paris, France, with the ability to travel across the region.
- Proven track record of consistent over-performance on sales quotas.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft Suite.
- Strong alignment with Playlist core values and a performance-driven mindset.

- Established relationships within the French gym and fitness community.
- Experience engaging with gym owners, Sales Directors, or Operations Managers.
