Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• 5+ years of overall development experience, ideally with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Deep proficiency in distributed, data-oriented application development and SaaS.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
• Experience driving the adoption of AI-powered tools to improve team productivity.
• Availability for on-call rotation to handle business-critical alerts.
