What you will do

• Lead technical direction for developer tools and developer experience (DevEx) initiatives.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of full stack engineers.
• Own technical architecture, solution design, and delivery within the domain.
• Partner with Product teams to assess opportunities and shape priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from planning through deployment, support, and monitoring.
• Improve team processes, engineering standards, and overall ways of working.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Proven background leading technical delivery in an agile engineering environment.
• Experience managing and growing full stack engineering teams.
• Knowledge of scalable software architecture, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (serverless, ECS), Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js or similar frameworks.
