What you will do

• Lead and coach a growing team of engineers delivering patient-facing and operational systems.
• Drive an AI-native approach to development using agentic tools like Claude Code.
• Guide architectural decisions across Ruby on Rails, Node.js, React, and AWS.
• Champion small-batch, continuous delivery and healthy CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with product, design, and clinical leaders to translate needs into technical plans.
• Ensure systems maintain high standards for accessibility (WCAG/ADA) and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Previous background as a senior or staff-level engineer.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven track record in continuous delivery, feature flags, and operational excellence.
• Hands-on fluency with agentic AI-native development tools.
