Attio.com is reinventing the CRM for the AI-native era. As an Engineering Lead, you will balance high-caliber individual contribution with leadership of a focused engineering team. You'll work across the stack to build real-time infrastructure and an effortless frontend, driving technical architecture and product decisions that impact millions of users worldwide.

• Build and ship end-to-end features using a modern stack including Node.js, TypeScript, Go, GCP, and React.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a top-class engineering team responsible for a critical area of the Attio.com product.
• Design and evolve a scalable technical architecture to support rapidly increasing user demand and complexity. The ideal candidate
• Proven experience designing and scaling secure, reliable backend systems or building complex, high-performance frontends.
• Deep technical expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, Go, or React, coupled with strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures like GCP.
