M&A Integration Lead

Location: US remote with regular travel and onsite work at partner firms across the United States

Salary: $150,000–$250,000 per year plus a performance-based bonus and share options

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end integration of new partner law firms, from initial planning through successful go-live.
• Lead operational integration, product migration, data migration, and workflow transition onto hirify.global’s platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations, the M&A team, and external partners.
• Build scalable integration processes, playbooks, and workflows for future M&A integrations.
• Use AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve integration speed, repeatability, and scalability.
• Spend time onsite with partner firms and support platform adoption across the US.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex, high-impact, high-volume business integrations, platform migrations, or implementations end to end.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering successful go-lives with accurate data, strong adoption, and minimal disruption.
• Experience creating or improving scalable migration playbooks, workflows, or integration processes.
• Strong cross-functional project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, organised, and data-driven approach with the ability to identify risks and improve performance using metrics.
• Comfort with regular travel across the US and onsite work with partner firms.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing or migrating case management platforms.
• Experience working with law firms, legal technology, or professional services.
