Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support onboarding of new client accounts through accurate data entry and documentation.
• Maintain internal systems, operational records, and project progress trackers.
• Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and communications such as newsletters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and special projects, including AI-related work.
• Participate in business meetings and contribute to process improvement discussions.
• Perform quality checks and follow internal compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Interest in banking operations, business enablement, and strategic planning.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry, documentation, reporting, and administrative work.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple business units and contribute to team discussions.
• Must work onsite in Centennial, Colorado, United States.
• Employment eligibility verification, credit check, criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screening are required.
