Associate Implementation Manager (AI)

Location: New York, New York, United States; requires working from the office four days a week.

Base salary: $65,000–$90,000, determined by skills, relevant experience, interview performance, leveling, and geography.

What you will do

• Use AI and automation tools to automate data collection, streamline workflows, and reduce manual work.
• Support project planning, scheduling, timeline management, recurring project meetings, and implementation plans from kickoff through portfolio go-live.
• Handle data onboarding, client-specific implementation plans, and internal projects while managing multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Support from pre-sale through ongoing client support.
• Participate in strategy and project management meetings, develop hirify.global implementation best practices, and progress toward owning client accounts.
• Work toward independently running smaller client implementations, facilitating client meetings, and becoming a cross-functional resource for part of the implementation process.

Requirements

• Experience using LLM or automation tools such as n8n or Cursor to automate or accelerate work, including personal projects.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into organized plans and work effectively with spreadsheets, models, and data.
• Ability to ask appropriate questions before execution and determine when to escalate or request support.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including writing clear status updates and running a 30-minute client call with minimal guidance from a senior implementation manager.
• Ability to manage multiple internal priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in mastering the product internally before eventually leading client accounts.
• Ability to work from the New York office four days per week.
