What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior Sales and Marketing leadership, translating business strategy into actionable people initiatives.
- Partner with Finance and Total Rewards to optimize sales incentive compensation plans and drive commercial performance.
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning initiatives to ensure efficient scaling of commercial teams.
- Provide executive coaching to leaders on performance management, accountability, and leadership capability.
- Guide teams through complex transitions, territory realignments, and shifting market strategies.
- Leverage people analytics to provide data-backed recommendations for talent and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, specifically supporting high-growth commercial organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales compensation architecture, commission structures, and quota-alignment strategies.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to constructively challenge senior leadership.
- Experience managing complex, high-stakes personnel situations with creative problem-solving.
- Must be based in the United States to align with company operations and compensation structures.
