Salary: $185,000 – $222,000

What you will do

  • Own the commercial, operational, and strategic relationship with an assigned portfolio of reseller partners.
  • Build and manage a partner-sourced pipeline to achieve individual customer acquisition quotas.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and hold partners accountable to deal progression milestones.
  • Drive co-selling motions and execute sell-through strategies to accelerate deal closure.
  • Champion the adoption of hirify.global Agent Studio and other AI capabilities as strategic differentiators.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners to set revenue targets and growth milestones.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in channel sales, partner management, or B2B sales within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota through indirect sales motions.
  • Strong discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with partner executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling in the mid-market accounting, ERP, or financial management software space.
  • Familiarity with the QuickBooks ecosystem or competitive mid-market products.
  • Understanding of AI-powered software adoption dynamics in a business context.
