What you will do

• Coordinate implementation and support of investment accounting systems with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee and document client-related accounting policies to ensure operational compliance.
• Manage day-to-day operational activities with accounting vendors and internal staff.
• Analyze, review, and reconcile book of record investment accounting results for timely client deliverables.
• Support the Client Services Division in addressing accounting-related inquiries.
• Drive initiatives to enhance accounting and reporting outsourcing platforms for insurance clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
• Minimum of two years of statutory insurance investment or securities accounting experience.
• Experience with statutory investment accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry investment accounting workflows and deliverables.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to interact directly with third-party clients and internal constituents.

Nice to have

• Experience with investment systems implementation, conversion, or support.
• Knowledge of multi-basis investment accounting requirements including STAT, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Experience with Clearwater Analytics or SS&C platforms.
