Salary: $69,000 - $86,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, impairment, and disposal.
• Execute month-end close processes in SAP S/4HANA, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare entity-level and consolidated fixed asset roll-forwards and quarterly controller’s packages.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC disclosure requirements, and Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track capital expenditures and provide technical accounting support.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance financial reporting accuracy and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and fixed asset accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, specifically SAP or OneStream XF.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in the Princeton, NJ office.

• CPA designation or progress toward certification.
