What you will do

• Design and deliver quantitative deliverables including forecasts, addressable markets, and performance benchmarks.
• Conduct primary and secondary research on refurbished smartphones and online sales channels.
• Manage an international research team, overseeing analysis development and quality review.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing data-driven responses to inquiries.
• Ensure consistency and rigor across research methodologies and benchmarking frameworks.
• Coordinate with the Executive Director on project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience as an industry analyst in mobile devices or consumer technology.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, advanced formulas, pivot tables).
• Experience with data analytics tools like Domo, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Market Research, Statistics, or a related field.
• Must be able to provide citizenship/permanent residency information for U.S. Export Control compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.

• Experience with Python and database applications.
• Experience managing benchmarking or tracking studies over multiple reporting cycles.
