What you will do

• Analyze industry trends using BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, ThoughtSpot) and Excel to deliver actionable insights.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for key OEM clients, ensuring they maximize the value of hirify.global's data.
• Act as a subject matter expert on automotive sales volume, pricing, incentives, and residual values.
• Develop case studies, thought leadership articles, and executive presentations to drive business growth.
• Lead strategic discussions with OEM users across all levels, including the C-Suite.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in automotive retail sales, reporting, consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Experience using BI platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or ThoughtSpot.
• Proven experience with executive-level presentations and public speaking.
• Must be based in the USA (Detroit, Michigan area).
