TL;DR

Research and Insights Manager (Business Analytics): Leading end-to-end research initiatives and CX programs to drive brand strategy and customer experience across a global portfolio of fitness brands with an accent on analytical rigor and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on designing qualitative and quantitative studies, managing international market insights, and translating complex data into actionable guidance for marketing and product teams.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Boca Raton, FL, Woodbury, MN, or Seattle, WA. The role follows a hybrid work model with on-site attendance required Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000

What you will do

  • Partner with brand, marketing, and product teams to define learning priorities and research strategies.
  • Lead the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative research programs, including tracking and ad hoc studies.
  • Synthesize customer feedback, category trends, and competitive intelligence to identify market opportunities and risks.
  • Manage international market research to support global brand performance and audience understanding.
  • Oversee external research partners to ensure high-quality execution within budget and timeline constraints.
  • Champion the voice of the customer to foster a customer-centric culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience program management, marketing operations, or vendor management.
  • Proven experience managing Medallia or similar CX platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex findings into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in complex, multi-brand organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fitness, hospitality, or franchising industries.
  • Medallia Admin Certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience conducting research in international markets.
