What you will do

• Execute energy infrastructure engineering programs with a focus on battery storage and power systems.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
• Establish operating mechanisms, documentation standards, and program tracking systems.
• Support commissioning, energization readiness, and post-deployment continuous improvement.
• Lead issue resolution and escalation management across technical and organizational boundaries.

Requirements

• Must be based onsite in Memphis, TN or Southaven, MS
• 1+ years of experience working on projects related to battery storage systems.
• 1+ years of experience deploying Tesla Megapacks.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and provide on-call support as needed.
• Comfortable working in industrial environments with exposure to noise.
• Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with power electronics or high-voltage infrastructure.
• Background in data center or hyperscale environment program management.
• Familiarity with commissioning, energization, and operational handover processes.
• Track record of building and improving program management systems and documentation standards.
