What you will do

• Own the end-to-end execution timeline for assigned accounts, from design handoff through production, delivery, site deployment, and customer acceptance.
• Translate customer launch schedules into internal milestone plans, coordinating dependencies across applications engineering, operations, and sales.
• Drive rapid iteration cycles between engineering and customer-facing teams to incorporate and revalidate design revisions.
• Serve as the primary execution point of contact for dedicated accounts, managing status reporting and escalation handling.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution teams to drive accountability and fast closure on blockers.
• Proactively identify and mitigate execution risks across workstreams.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related technical field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship will not be provided for any visa type.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel 20-40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of engineering, manufacturing processes, data center infrastructure, and commissioning processes.
• Experience working with Taiwan ODMs.
