Principal Technical Program Manager (GPU Infrastructure)

Location: United States

Base salary: $250,000–$320,000 USD per year. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution of company-critical infrastructure programs.
• Drive long-term roadmaps spanning power management, infrastructure services, fleet operations, and platform architecture.
• Lead cross-company initiatives with engineering, product, operations, and external partners.
• Bring clarity, structure, and execution rigor to complex programs.
• Resolve cross-functional challenges and unblock progress at scale.
• Mentor technical program managers and raise program management standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Deep experience with large-scale infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
• Experience leading highly complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence technical and organizational direction.
