• Own the strategy and execution of company-critical infrastructure programs.
• Drive long-term roadmaps across power management, infrastructure services, fleet operations, and platform architecture.
• Lead cross-company initiatives involving engineering, product, operations, and external partners.
• Bring clarity, structure, and execution rigor to teams as a force multiplier.
• Resolve complex cross-functional challenges and unblock progress at scale.
• Mentor TPMs and elevate program management standards across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Deep experience in large-scale infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems.
• Proven ability to lead highly complex, ambiguous, and high-stakes programs.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in the US.
