Salary: $112,000 – $160,000 (Base salary range for New York State, excluding bonus and equity).

What you will do

• Own end-to-end oversight of daily customer cash reconciliations across global markets and banking relationships.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to define treasury requirements and drive the automation of reconciliation workflows.
• Monitor and manage customer cash liquidity positions, proactively identifying funding gaps or concentration risks.
• Provide treasury input into new product launches to ensure cash management infrastructure is ready for go-live.
• Process and oversee global payments while maintaining treasury policy documentation and internal controls.
• Coordinate the work of external consultants and potentially manage direct reports as the team grows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in treasury operations, cash management, or financial operations.
• Proven experience managing cash reconciliation processes at scale in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with engineering or product teams to automate manual processes.
• Strong working knowledge of payment rails including FedWire, ACH, SWIFT, CHAPS, SEPA, and FPS.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or regulated financial institutions.
• Familiarity with crypto-native treasury concepts like on-chain settlements and digital asset custody.
• Experience with treasury management systems (TMS) or reconciliation platforms.
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or equivalent qualification.
