Salary: $185,000 - $235,000 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Own daily cash positioning and manage multi-entity account structures and bank relationships
• Lead liquidity forecasting and financial covenant monitoring in partnership with FP&A and Accounting
• Build treasury infrastructure and processes for new consumer credit card and HELOC product launches
• Evaluate and implement treasury management systems and drive automation
• Manage and develop treasury team members and collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Markets, FP&A, and Operations

Requirements

• Must have 10+ years treasury or financial operations experience with 3-4 years hands-on cash positioning in fintech or consumer finance
• Experience managing complex multi-entity cash operations and warehouse credit facilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Proven process building and treasury system implementation skills
• Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders
• CTP certification preferred; CPA a plus
