Manager of Treasury (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead daily treasury operations including cash positioning, liquidity management, bank account administration, and payment processing (ACH, wires, lockbox).
• Oversee Workday implementation and optimization for treasury workflows, bank connectivity, and payment processing.
• Drive treasury integrations for acquisitions, onboarding entities, and migrating processes.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and provide liquidity insights partnering with FP&A and business teams.
• Implement automation for payments, reconciliations, and reporting to reduce manual processes.
• Manage bank relationships, ensure compliance with NACHA, SOX, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• 10+ years in treasury management, payments, or cash operations
• Hands-on experience with ACH, wire transfers, lockbox, cash positioning, and fraud prevention
• Proven experience leading system implementations (preferably Workday) and acquisition integrations
• Success driving automation and process improvements
• Bank operations experience strongly preferred

• Accredited Payments Risk Professional (APRP) or equivalent
