Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 base

What you will do

• Originate institutional borrow demand across collateralized lending, trading strategies, and structured credit.
• Build and manage a borrower pipeline across prime brokerages, trading firms, and KYC-gated counterparties.
• Collaborate with the Credit Risk team to evaluate and qualify opportunities.
• Negotiate and close term sheets, including rate, term, size, and collateral.
• Own the full relationship lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term commercial maintenance and expansion.
• Operationalize and document on-chain borrow products to ensure repeatable and scalable processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the contiguous United States or Canada
• 2–6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, or Capital Markets at a leading sell-side institution.
• Direct experience with financing transactions, debt raises, warehouse facilities, or structured credit.
• Strong grounding in credit/leveraged finance, including collateralization, liquidity, and counterparty risk.
• Proven ability to manage institutional client relationships and own work end-to-end.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships with funds, market makers, OTC desks, or institutional borrowers.
• Experience with repo, securities financing, or fund financing.
• Prior experience with digital assets, stablecoins, or on-chain infrastructure.
