Systems Engineer – VeloCloud SD-WAN/SD-Branch (MSP/SP), USA Remote

What you will do

• Own technical relationships with assigned MSP/SP accounts and advise technical, operational, sales, and executive stakeholders.
• Help partners design, package, launch, and grow managed VeloCloud SD-WAN and SD-Branch services.
• Develop enablement programs for sales, marketing, operations, NOC/support, and product management teams.
• Guide integrations with OSS/BSS systems, service assurance platforms, delivery workflows, REST APIs, logs, metrics, and multi-tenant orchestration.
• Lead technical presentations, solution designs, RFx responses, workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, TAC, and Professional Services to expand the networking portfolio and provide product feedback.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, including experience with Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments.
• Knowledge of routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF, WAN technologies, SD-WAN, MPLS VPN, and Segment Routing.
• Experience with pre-sales activities, technical presentations, solution design, and PoCs.
• Knowledge of Linux, hypervisors, cloud computing, and operational tools for logs, metrics, events, and alerting.
• Strong communication, listening, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with REST APIs, Python, Ansible, and automation frameworks.
• Experience co-developing or enabling managed service offerings.
• Network industry certification.
