Compensation: OTE $148,000–$223,000/year.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract closing.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the retail sector.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Product, and Technical executives.
  • Manage and generate a robust sales pipeline using strategic and creative outreach.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS investment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to demonstrate differentiated value to prospective customers.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of field sales experience selling technically integrated SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage a pipeline and drive outcomes through persistent outreach.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on value-first discovery.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to understanding complex systems.
  • Must be based in the United States and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders in large, global organizations.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to Growth, Marketing, retail, or e-commerce teams.
  • Background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, or data storage solutions.
