Compensation: OTE $148,000–$223,000/year.

What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to final contract closing.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities within the retail sector.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Product, and Technical executives.
- Manage and generate a robust sales pipeline using strategic and creative outreach.
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS investment processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to demonstrate differentiated value to prospective customers.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of field sales experience selling technically integrated SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and drive outcomes through persistent outreach.
- Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on value-first discovery.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to understanding complex systems.
- Must be based in the United States and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders in large, global organizations.
Nice to have
- Experience selling to Growth, Marketing, retail, or e-commerce teams.
- Background in analytics, CRM, marketing automation, or data storage solutions.
