What you will do

• Manage daily operations for classified and unclassified IT teams and program activities.
• Provide performance management, resource allocation, and strategic planning for IT environments.
• Ensure system compliance with RMF accreditation guidelines and project timelines.
• Lead the integration, testing, and maintenance of systems security in coordination with the ISSM group.
• Develop project plans, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation for new IT solutions.
• Mentor team members and build strong relationships with internal customers.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Must be based on-site in Cambridge, MA.
• Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in team management and system or network administration.
• Security+ certification or higher (DoD 8570.01-M compliant).
• Expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems.
