Salary: $105,700 - $149,275 base

What you will do

• Lead Microsoft 365 Messaging administration and engineering for Exchange Online and related services, including hybrid mail environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise email security using Proofpoint Email Protection and related capabilities.
• Build and support advanced mail flow and routing (SMTP routing, secure connectors, hybrid Exchange routing, transport rules, mail relay services).
• Manage email authentication and security policies (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, phishing/malware protection, DLP, encryption, and email compliance).
• Automate administrative workflows using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure Automation; monitor health, queues, routing efficiency, and security metrics.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Identity, Networking, Compliance, and Application teams; lead incident response/problem management and provide mentoring/knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Work authorization: Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship (including CPT/OPT).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration with emphasis on Exchange Online.
• Strong experience with Proofpoint Email Protection (including Targeted Attack Protection and Email Fraud Defense) and Proofpoint administration.
• Deep understanding of SMTP, DNS, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, and secure email routing.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience; troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident management skills.
