Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

A Managed Services Provider (MSP) partnering with highly regulated organizations to build secure, dependable, and scalable IT environments.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary on-site technical resource for client environments, providing hands-on engineering and troubleshooting.
• Administer Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across servers, endpoints, cloud platforms, and networking.
• Lead infrastructure deployments, technology refreshes, and migrations.
• Perform proactive system administration, health checks, and environment optimization.
• Mentor junior engineers and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems engineering, or MSP environments.
• Must be located in, near or within commutable distance of the Stamford, CT Area.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune (device management and policy creation).
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online) and Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Experience supporting mid-sized environments with 200+ users.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for critical incidents.

• Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification.
