Salary: $122,855 - $202,711

What you will do

• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional projects, defining goals, workflows, and communication plans.
• Provide leadership advisory on risk management, process improvement, and strategic tactical initiatives.
• Direct the configuration and maintenance of analytic platforms, developing executive-level dashboards and reporting tools.
• Manage executive relationships and facilitate work groups to establish standards and resolve operational barriers.
• Oversee vendor integration, deliverables, and negotiations for products and services.
• Mentor and train analysts while coordinating staff resources to achieve optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Informatics.
• 7-10 years of experience in managed care analytics, medical economics, or population health.
• Proven track record in complex project management and vendor relationship management.
• Significant experience within a health plan, health system, or provider network.
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous, highly matrixed organizational structure.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data for clinical and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master’s or Doctoral degree.
• Previous managerial experience.
• Proficiency in change management and executive coaching methodologies.
