Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Bloomington, MN (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
Salary: $95,000 - $100,000

What you will do
- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned trading partners, serving as a strategic advisor.
- Lead regular business reviews and present data-driven growth recommendations.
- Translate partner business needs into technical and operational solutions.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on market trends and client needs.
- Represent the voice of the partner to internal product and engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate account documentation and metrics in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as account management or technical solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Must be able to work from the Bloomington, MN office 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Understanding of healthcare technology, data interoperability, or EDI.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations like the 21st Century CURES Act or Medicaid revenue cycle.
- Experience with Gainsight or similar reporting tools.
