Senior Account Manager (CPG): Managing and growing a portfolio of CPG and grocery clients with an accent on identifying whitespace, driving upsells, and expanding product adoption. Location: Must be based in CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or DC
Salary: $140,000–$150,000 base plus commissions

What you will do
- Manage the full lifecycle of a CPG, grocery, and retail account book with accountability for net revenue retention.
- Develop and execute expansion plans by identifying new buyers and underused product lines.
- Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts, building relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and renewal discussions with a focus on expanding scope.
- Translate product roadmap capabilities into specific, actionable pitches for clients.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to solve client problems and leverage wins for expansion.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles at a data, SaaS, or research company.
- Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, FL, ID, IL, LA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or DC.
- Proven track record of growing accounts through upsells and cross-sells.
- Experience negotiating with senior stakeholders (VP and above).
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical instincts with the ability to derive insights from category and share data.
Nice to have
- Experience with CPG, Grocery, Retail, or Restaurant clients.
- Commerce Media experience.
