Vice President, Marketing (SaaS): Leading the global marketing organization to drive revenue growth and market expansion with an accent on Product-Led Growth (PLG) methodologies and AI-driven product storytelling. What you will do
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
- Track and optimize core SaaS metrics including CAC payback, conversion rates, and marketing-driven ARR.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on launches and GTM motions.
- Lead and mentor marketing teams to foster a high-performance, inclusive environment.
- Leverage PLG methodologies to maximize user acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Drive mid-market expansion and articulate the value of AI-integrated product capabilities.
Requirements
- Must be based in one of the approved US states: AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.
- Proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles within the tech or SaaS industry.
- Deep expertise in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies and scalable growth execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SaaS metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Exceptional communication skills for cross-functional collaboration at the executive level.
- Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams in high-growth environments.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to IT professionals or in the endpoint management space.
- Demonstrated experience crafting AI product narratives for technical audiences.
- Prior experience scaling a SaaS company from SMB into the mid-market segment.
- Experience working within a PE-backed company.
