Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, launch, and measure impact of company-level HR programs.
• Act as the primary HR Business Partner for multiple organizations as the team scales.
• Collaborate with People Ops and Recruiting to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent.
• Solve business-critical issues and navigate organizational roadblocks using deep HR expertise.
• Drive change management and build trust with the executive leadership team.
• Foster a culture of empathy, continuous feedback, and humility.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in progressive HR roles with emphasis on HRBP, People Ops, and L&D.
• Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into actionable, scalable HR programs from scratch.
• Strong understanding of hypergrowth environments and scaling challenges in fast-paced startups.
• Excellent emotional intelligence, communication skills, and receptiveness to feedback.
• Must be based in or able to work from Garden Grove, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial EV, automotive, or hardware manufacturing.
• Familiarity with scaling technical, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
• Track record of success in high-growth startups or analytical understanding of organizational scaling.
