Investment Strategy Director (iGaming)

Location: New York City, United States; hybrid

Salary: $146,000–$183,000 USD annually, with potential short- and long-term incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Define generosity investment principles, capital allocation frameworks, guardrails, and portfolio views across the customer lifecycle.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and re-forecasting.
• Establish measurement approaches for evaluating investment ROI, effectiveness, and customer value.
• Work with Analytics and Data Science to improve investment performance visibility.
• Identify inefficient or underperforming investments and recommend portfolio reallocations.
• Shape Loyalty, Model-Driven Generosity, pricing and generosity strategies while leading a team of three analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, commercial finance, and/or customer marketing.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business levers and performance drivers.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short-term execution and long-term impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and planning skills.
• Knowledge of the online gaming industry is essential.
