Senior Manager, Finance (AdTech)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and mentor the accounting team and oversee accounting for international divisions through third-party partners.
• Manage global financial reporting, including consolidation, supporting schedules, and disclosures under IFRS.
• Partner with FP&A on management reporting, budgets, forecasts, and business improvements.
• Develop and monitor internal controls, assess financial reporting risks, and support the company’s SOX compliance initiative.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury operations, global tax compliance, and external tax specialists.
• Lead annual audits, collaborate with external auditors, and optimize accounting systems and close processes.

Requirements

• CPA designation.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including IFRS.
• 5+ years of progressive financial reporting leadership experience in a high-growth public company with international operations.
• Extensive knowledge of accounting, management, and internal control practices.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong collaborative problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
