TL;DR

Senior Manager, Finance (AdTech): Managing financial reporting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions for a global programmatic advertising platform with an accent on international operations and SOX compliance. Focus on enhancing financial accountability, structuring internal control environments, and optimizing global tax exposure.

Location: Hybrid (Toronto). Must be open to working in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the internal accounting team.
  • Oversee accounting for all foreign divisions through third-party accounting partners.
  • Consolidate global corporate financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure SOX compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Manage cashflow, working capital, and the treasury function.
  • Coordinate global tax compliance and optimization with external specialists.

Requirements

  • CPA designation.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS).
  • 5+ years of progressive financial reporting leadership experience in a high-growth, public company with international operations.
  • Extensive skill in applying accounting, management, and internal control practices.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate on complex problem solving and implement solutions.
