What you will do

• Lead a major product initiative, including long-term strategy and business case development.
• Define the market thesis, target buyer personas, and customer needs.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions and first-principle thinking.
• Collaborate with engineering to prioritize innovations, unblock issues, and deliver milestones.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, GMs, and support teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Experience building products that automate workflows using Agentic and Conversational AI.
• Proven track record in 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 product building.
• Experience with B2B PLG products and B2B SaaS for multi-step workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
