Requirements

• 10+ years of total experience with a background in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
• Must be based in the US.
• Proven track record of owning and driving initiatives end-to-end with a founder mindset.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows and internal tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively between C-level strategy and operational details.
• Sharp decision-making skills with a bias for action in high-velocity environments.
