What you will do

• Accept and input daily service orders and logistics details.
• Maintain high-volume communication with sales, clients, and drivers regarding routing and delays.
• Complete DOT-mandated paperwork, manifests, and bills of lading.
• Track key metrics including fines, penalties, hours worked, and missed stops.
• Analyze delivery breakdowns and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor asset status at tank washes to ensure timely pickup and turnaround.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass DOT Hazmat Training.
• Previous dispatching or scheduling experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with office equipment, email, and business software.
• Ability to work under demanding conditions while maintaining confidentiality.
