Location: Hybrid (London, UK): 4 days in-office & 1 day remote
Salary: £150,000 - £160,000 OTE

What you will do
- Execute a GTM sales strategy for Ads in EMEA to acquire new retail and marketplace operator customers.
- Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle (5-9 months) from prospecting and discovery to commercial negotiation and closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor on retail media monetisation strategies, sponsored product mechanics, and advertiser ROI.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers, including CDOs, CMOs, and Heads of eCommerce.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Legal teams to accelerate deal progression and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements
- 6+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or Ad-tech/Retail Media sales with a consistent track record.
- Proven ability to manage pipelines and close mid-to-large enterprise deals.
- Expertise in solution selling and ROI-based selling for technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce for forecasting and pipeline hygiene.
- English: C2 level required.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem (DSPs, ad servers, APIs).
- Experience in marketplace platforms or eCommerce environments.
- Comfort leveraging AI-powered sales tools (e.g., Gong, Dust).
- Additional European language skills (French, German, Spanish).
