What you will do

• Act as the strategic owner of core finance platforms including NetSuite, Pigment, Workiva, Stripe, and Payhawk.
• Design and govern end-to-end financial data flows and integrations across ERP, EPM, HRIS, and CRM systems.
• Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions.
• Enforce finance systems governance, including access controls, segregation of duties, and ITGC/SOX compliance.
• Lead SOX gap remediation and continuous control improvement initiatives.
• Ensure platform health, scalability, and vendor performance across the entire finance technology portfolio.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, enterprise applications, or business systems.
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with IPO readiness, S-1 preparation, and SOX scaling.
• Deep expertise in ERP ecosystems, specifically NetSuite, and adjacent finance tools.
• Proven ability to design and govern complex integrations across enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience with FP&A platforms, forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.
