What you will do
- Own and administer core financial systems including NetSuite, FloQast, and Ramp.
- Identify and eliminate manual, recurring, or error-prone finance operations through automation.
- Define and maintain business logic and canonical data definitions for the finance domain.
- Build version-controlled, observable cross-system integrations in partnership with engineering.
- Act as the technical partner for Finance and Accounting to translate business needs into system capabilities.
- Utilize modern AI tooling to accelerate routine system work and automation drafting.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience administering financial or ERP systems.
- Hands-on NetSuite administration required, including SuiteFlow, custom records, and core modules (GL, ARM).
- Solid understanding of core accounting processes such as month-end close and procure-to-pay.
- Proficiency in at least one of SuiteScript, SQL, or API-based automation.
- Must be based remotely in the US (Eastern Time), UK, or Ireland.
- Fluent English proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience with FloQast and/or Ramp administration.
- Experience with event-driven environments or central integration platforms.
- Advanced depth in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), RESTlets, or NetSuite web services.
- Comfort using AI coding and automation tools in daily workflows.
