Financial Systems Engineer (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Own and administer NetSuite, with FloQast and Ramp being introduced, including configuration, business logic, workflows, access, permissions, and system health.
• Identify and automate repetitive or error-prone finance operations such as month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and procure-to-pay.
• Define finance-domain business logic, canonical data definitions, and sources of truth in partnership with engineering.
• Build cross-system integrations on a centralized, version-controlled, observable integration platform.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, engineering, and financial vendors on requirements, onboarding, configuration, and administration.
• Use AI tools to accelerate automation and routine financial-systems work.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience administering financial or ERP systems, with hands-on NetSuite administration required.
• Experience with NetSuite configuration, customization, roles, permissions, workflows, General Ledger, Advanced Revenue Management, accounts, and subsidiary or multi-location structures.
• Ability to design custom records, fields, and automations, including SuiteFlow workflows and NetSuite integrations.
• Working knowledge of month-end close, reconciliation, accounts payable, procure-to-pay, and revenue processes.
• Experience automating manual work with SuiteScript, SQL, general scripting, saved searches, workflow automation, low-code or iPaaS tools, or APIs.
• Fluent English required; the role is limited to remote work from the United States, the UK, or Ireland.

• FloQast or Ramp administration experience.
• Experience with centralized integration platforms or event-driven environments.
• Experience with AI coding and automation tools.
• Depth in SuiteScript, RESTlets, or NetSuite web services.
