About the Role
You will anchor our end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation, bridging finance operations and the business, designing robust workflows, data migrations, and secure integrations. You will drive requirements gathering, map processes to NetSuite configurations, perform UAT, and ensure data integrity across a global digital asset ecosystem.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations in fintech, startups, or high-volume transaction environments.
- Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite financial modules workflows reporting and dashboards.
- Experience integrating third-party tools via APIs or middleware into NetSuite to trigger automated accounting workflows and journal entries.
- Strong data cleansing migration mapping and ability to draft robust UAT plans and test cases.
- Ability to operate autonomously with excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles finance operations and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation from discovery to go-live and optimization.
- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with finance product and engineering teams and translate business requirements into functional NetSuite specifications.
- Design, map, and deploy global accounting workflows and end-to-end setups that are automated and tailored for a global digital asset ecosystem.
- Collaborate with engineering to build data pipelines between NetSuite and core infrastructure and map workflows that ensure automated accounting entries and ledger synchronization.
- Lead historical data migration into NetSuite from legacy environments with emphasis on data integrity and financial control.
- Own UAT planning and execution including test plans and cases; guide business users through testing to guarantee a flawless deployment.
