What you will do

  • Lead strategy, roadmap, and operations for core financial systems including ERP, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay.
  • Define and govern financial data architecture, overseeing schemas, hierarchies, and master data.
  • Drive integrations between ERP and adjacent systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Zip, and Ramp.
  • Own the FP&A planning platform as a strategic architect, ensuring data model integrity.
  • Design and maintain a finance data framework for consistent reporting across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Act as a player-coach, performing critical systems work while developing a small team of financial systems engineers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or finance technology.
  • Deep hands-on experience with ERP configuration, scripting, and workflow automation.
  • Experience administering cloud FP&A planning platforms.
  • Proven ability to design scalable financial data structures and chart of accounts governance.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data validation and ad hoc analysis from data warehouses.
  • Must be based in the United States.
