Location: United States (Remote-eligible or based in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT)

Salary: $174,400 – $256,600 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Finance Systems roadmap across NetSuite, Coupa, Blackline, Kyriba, Workiva, and Avalara.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Finance Business Systems Analysts and a Staff Architect.
• Partner with Finance leadership to translate value stream requirements into architecture decisions and pragmatic solutions.
• Drive enterprise finance transformation programs, including TMS rollout and SEC reporting enablement.
• Establish and enforce SOX, ITGC, SDLC, and data governance standards across Finance-owned systems.
• Orchestrate ERP environment management and releases across DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Business Technology, or Enterprise Applications, including Director-level people leadership.
• Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience at a publicly traded company.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of major finance technology transformations, such as ERP migrations or hirify.globaling platform modernization.
• Strong knowledge of Finance value streams including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Quote-to-Cash.
• Demonstrated SOX/ITGC expertise within a finance systems context.

Nice to have

• Experience with Coupa, Workiva, Blackline, Kyriba, and/or Avalara.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or digital payments.
• Experience guiding finance systems architecture reviews and producing integration runbooks.
